I’m Andrew (NDYT), based in Melbourne. I build lean operating systems for solo work — the kind you actually open on a Monday morning, not a graveyard of unused templates.
By day I work in property development, where timelines, cashflow, and stakeholder follow-through are non-negotiable. On the side I design Notion systems, cashflow trackers, and paper-lab workflows for freelancers and solo operators who want the same clarity without the corporate overhead.
Solo Ops AU is the public notebook for that: practical guides with Australian context (ABN/GST-light admin, AUD cashflow, getting paid internationally), plus honest tool comparisons. Some articles may include affiliate links — always disclosed — and soft links to products I publish myself.
